Decision:

Why this matters:
Reduces friction by allowing users to express intent naturally rather than navigating complex menus. This is especially valuable in finance, where tasks can be multi-step and cognitively heavy. It also future-proofs the product as AI-driven interaction becomes a primary paradigm.

How I addressed it:
